Refilling of Novec, CO₂, Inergen and FM-200 Cylinders

The cylinders of a fixed fire suppression system are its heart: if they do not hold the correct charge, or can no longer withstand the pressure, the system will not work when needed. We undertake refilling, weighing and periodic hydrostatic testing of cylinders for all extinguishing gases, across Greece.

What it includes

  • Removal of the cylinders from the installation and safe transport
  • Weighing and pressure check to detect loss of agent
  • Internal and external inspection of the vessel
  • Hydrostatic test at an approved re-inspection centre
  • Refilling with the system's extinguishing agent and final weighing
  • Reinstallation, marking and issue of certificate

Frequently asked questions

What clients usually ask

Which areas do you cover for system cylinders?

All of Greece. The cylinders are removed from the installation, inspected and refilled, and returned ready with a certificate.

How do I know a cylinder needs refilling?

Through weighing and pressure checks during routine maintenance of the system. If the cylinder has lost agent or has been discharged, it is refilled.

Do you also carry out the hydrostatic test?

Yes. We handle the whole process — removal, transport, hydrostatic test at an approved re-inspection centre, refilling and reinstallation.
